Cancellation Policy:
All charter bookings are final. Our policy is to reschedule all cancelled trips so our guests can enjoy sailing on Boston Harbor. If a conflict arises and you cannot make your scheduled trip, please call at least 7 days prior to your trip. We will then reschedule your trip on an available date that works for you.

If your trip must be cancelled and you are unable to use your trip this season or the following due to location - a refund; less 25% administration fee will be returned to you. Cancellations occurring without the 7 day notification will not be eligible for refunds; however we will work with you and your party to try and reschedule.

Weather Cancellation:
Cancellation due to weather s up to the discretion of the captain and sometimes may not be made until a half hour before your departure. As we all know weather can be tricky in New England and a gorgeous day could be just minutes away. We want to give your charter the very best chance to depart on your scheduled date and time. In the event that your trip is cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule for a date and time that is convenient for you and your party.
